MLA Insights

Walk the streets Kathmandu, the starting point for Mt Everest climbs before heading on Royal Enfield’s into the northern Himalayas where the mountains meet the lush green tropical region of the Terai Plains.

Our 10 day ride takes you through the wind swept desert landscapes, over high snow-capped passes with views of implausible gorges. This landscape is unrivalled as are the views of Mt Everest and K2 only a short distance away.

Staying in local hotels and guest houses, we look out over the 8000 metre peaks of the Annapurna range and walk across Nepal’s famous suspension bridges more than 1000 metres above the valley floor. Every day of this adventure is packed with excitement and you will struggle to take it all in.

Upper Mustang – The Forgotten Kingdom of the Himalayas

For the hard core ‘experienced’ adventurer riders who want to go where others don’t, The Forgotton Kingdom of Upper Mustang on the Tibetan Plateau is the 10 day ride for you.

Only recently opened to tourism, this is a journey back in time where ancient Tibetan Monasteries still practice, where accommodation is basic and bitumen has yet to be laid on many of the mountain cuttings on which we traverse.

This is the remotest area of the Himalayas and is a challenging ride. But what an achievement to be able to experience this region and boast about to your friends.
